At SendEmAll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, our hassle-free return policy has you covered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Within 30 days of the delivery date
• In the same condition as when you received it
• Unworn outdoors (trying on indoors is fine)
• In its original packaging with all tags attached

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email support@sendemall.info with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Your Label: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Ship It Back: Pack the sneakers securely in the original box and drop them off at any carrier location.
4. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• The full purchase price is refunded, including any applicable taxes
• Original shipping costs are refunded for defective or incorrectly described items
• For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

Since our inventory consists of unique pre-owned pairs, direct exchanges may not always be possible. We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired pair.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will:

• Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
• Process a full refund including all shipping costs
• Expedite the refund within 1-2 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items worn outdoors or showing signs of wear beyond trying on
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items returned after the 30-day return window
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
